Our staff structure has three teams: Customer Services, Finance and Corporate Services, and Property and New Business, each headed by a Director. The Association currently employs over 80 staff including Sheltered Housing staff.

All staff have access to an Employee Assistance Programme which offers confidential counselling for staff on a range of work-related and personal issues. Port of Leith Housing has been awarded with the Two Ticks disability symbol. This symbol shows that we are formally recognised as being "positive about disabled people."
