And in this difficult economic climate, trainees need excellent employers even more.

You provide the experience. We contribute towards the trainee's pay.

The TOiL Programme (Training Opportunities in Lothian) offers six months paid work experience placements to young people leaving school with few or no qualifications.

It provides highly motivated trainees who are keen to learn a trade and embark on a career with a committed employer.
