Who We Are

Board of Management

Port of Leith Housing Association is governed by a voluntary Board of Management which meets each month to discuss Association business, and guide its overall direction.

Board members are from a mix of backgrounds and professions which brings many different skills and viewpoints to the Association. (For information on joining our Board, click here.)

Operational management of the Association is delegated to its staff team, headed by our Chief Executive, Keith Anderson. There are 3 departments in the organisation - Customer Services, Property & New Business, and Finance & Resources - each headed by a Director. 

Senior Staff

Keith AndersonKeith Anderson (BA, MCIH, FRSA) - Chief Executive
Keith has worked in urban regeneration and housing development for over 30 years throughout the UK. His career has included time as a senior consultant on regeneration, lecturing at the School of Planning and Housing in Edinburgh, and posts with the City of Edinburgh Council as Head of Housing Development & Finance, and Director of the Edinburgh Waterfront Development Partnership .

In May 2009 he took up the position of Chief Executive at Port of Leith Housing Association, taking forward a key role to ensure both affordable housing and high quality popular places are created and maintained within traditional Leith and the wider North Edinburgh area including in the major new waterfront regeneration.

Ann MacDonaldAnn MacDonald (Director of Customer Services)
As a previous Director of Parkhead Housing Association in Glasgow, Ann brought a wealth of housing experience when she joined the Association as its Corporate Services Director in 2006.

Following a review of the Association's structure in 2010, Ann now heads the Customer Services Department, with overall responsibility for Housing Management and Property Maintenance.

 Euan Ramsay

Euan Ramsay (Director of Finance and Resources)
Euan joined the Association in the summer of 2010, having worked in senior Finance roles with several Housing Associations (including Dunedin Canmore, Cube and Queens Cross), and also as an independent consultant.

In a voluntary capacity, Euan is Chair of Loretto Housing Association, and has contributed to various housing projects locally, and abroad.

 

Gordon Cameron

Gordon Cameron (Director of Property and New Business)Having joined the Association in 2007 as Development Director, Gordon is responsible for Asset Management within the Association which includes the development of our new-build programme, future property investment strategy, delivery of our SHQS programme and Cyclical Maintenance.

Gordon's remit also includes the growth of our subsidiary company Persevere Developments Ltd and responsibility for the TOIL project.
