The Association has been awarded the Scotland's Health at Work Silver Award and is actively promoting health in the workplace and in the wider Leith community.

The Association is a ‘Positive About Disabled People’ symbol-holder and fully complies with the criteria set by Job Centre Plus.   All applicants declaring a disability who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy, as stated in the Person Specification, will be interviewed and considered on their abilities.
