Paying your rent

Your rent is due monthly in advance on the 1st of each calendar month.  It is your responsibility as a tenant to ensure that your rent payments are made on time on or before the 1st of each month.  You may wish to pay rent weekly to help your budgeting.  If you wish to do so you should make an arrangement with your Housing Officer.

How to pay your rent

Either:

  1. PAY ONLINE
To make an online payment go to  http://www.allpay.net/
Click on 'Make A Payment' and follow the instructions on screen. You will need your allpay rent payment card number.
The first time you use this service you will be asked to choose a password that you will be asked for each time you make a payment.

  2.
  3. USING YOUR SWIPE CARD
Take your rent card to any location that displays the following logo and make a payment.

  4. BY STANDING ORDER
The Association is keen to encourage tenants to make use of this method of payment.  On your instruction your bank will pay your rent on the first of each month.  This eases administration for the Association and saves you time and effort.  It also ensures safety and security.
