Reporting a Repair
There are several ways to report a repair. You can either telephone the Property Management Team on 0808 1100 0403, write to the department or come into reception in person. Please give as much detail as possible to help us instruct contractors.
The Association operates an appointment system for its repair service. If your repair is not an emergency you will be offered an appointment – a day and time that is convenient for you.
Day-to-Day Repairs are split into the following categories:

The emergency services will do whatever is necessary to ensure safety. You will need to inform the Association and let us know what has happened as soon as the office opens so that the Property Management Team can arrange for any further work to be carried out.
