The Scottish Social Housing Charter

The Scottish Government introduced the Scottish Social Housing Charter in April 2012, which sets out the outcomes, or results, that social landlords should achieve. The Scottish Housing Regulator will use the Charter as the starting point for assessing a landlord's performance and will publish performance reports on their website, with the first assessment against the Charter taking place in summer 2014 for the year 2013/14. More information on the Charter and the indicators to be used to assess social landlords’ performance can be found on the Regulator’s website.
