Port of Leith Housing Association provides different types of housing for people with different requirements:
- Social Rent - the majority of the Association's stock, which is allocated according to needs through the Edinburgh-wide housing register EdIndex.
- Mid Market Rent - homes which sit between social rent prices and the full market rate. These homes are intended for people who may not qualify for social housing, but find standard market rates too expensive.
- Shared Ownership - low cost home ownership allowing people to purchase an initial share of their property while paying a proportion of the rent to the Association.
Information on where our properties are located can be found on our housing map.
