Port of Leith Housing Association has been responsible for a great deal of regeneration in Leith over the last 30 years. In addition to building new homes, We are committed to a long-term investment in the Leith community, and are now engaged in a variety of wider role initiatives.

We are one of only three Preferred Partners of Edinburgh Council giving us access to Development Funding in the Capital.

The objectives of our development team are:

• to coordinate and deliver the Association's development programme


• to develop a long term programme


• to provide a range of housing options


• to be Edinburgh wide with support from our Consortium partners


• to streamline procurement


• to promote excellence of design


• to ensure long term benefits to the community


• to develop sustainable communities
