In conjunction with Leonard Cheshire Services, Port of Leith Housing Association developed this site on Bingham Drive, providing 6 respite bedrooms with communal living and dining facilities and 4 self-contained 2 person apartments.

The building has been designed as simply and efficiently as possible in load bearing brickwork with generous full height windows to take advantage of views across the adjoining park. The building is super insulated and uses the thermal mass of the masonry fabric to modulate heat gain and loss.
