Western Harbour - Goosander Place

Work on our Western Harbour Goosander Place development finished in May 2010. This is Port of Leith's largest development to date with 102 homes being constructed on this site.

The development was officially opened on 14th June 2010 by Alex Neil MSP.

The development consists of 102 properties (including 8 designed for tenants with special needs and 20 to amenity standards) situated around a central courtyard which will incorporate play facilities and amenity space. Ground Source Heat Pumps that provide under floor heating to 18 ground floor properties have been incorporated.

 The accommodation is made up as follows:
