This building is located on the site of the former Tabernacle Church on Henderson Street. It was officially opened by the city's Housing Convenor, Councilor Paul Edie, in December 2008.

The building contains 15 flats (including a wheelchair access flat on the ground floor) in a striking modern design. Our Chairman, Jack Hunter, said it is exactly the sort of good quality, affordable housing that the city needs - "We are committed to developing attractive buildings with high levels of insulation and low running costs for tenants" he added.
