Work on our development at West Granton Road completed in April 2011. The site forms part of the Granton Waterfront master plan with the development being a gateway building for this area.

It is the first scheme that Port of Leith Housing Association have been involved in to be approved under the new Edinburgh Sustainability Standards. To comply with this, Solar Thermal Panels have been installed on the roof to provide heating for several flats on this development.

The development contains 17 flats (including 2 flats designed for tenants with special needs), made up as follows:

• 4 x 1 bedroom (2 person)
• 13 x 2 bedroom (3 person)
