Following the success of our 2007 development working alongside Duke Street URC, we are now progressing with a new development at Boswall Parkway with Granton United Church. This scheme involves demolishing the existing building to make way for a purpose-built church hall and 15 affordable homes.

This development will incorporate Solar Thermal Panels located on the roof to provide heating to several properties to comply with the Edinburgh Sustainability Standards.

Work on the site commenced in November 2010 with an anticipated completion date of December 2011.

There are 15 properties within this site (including 2 designed for tenants with special needs) made up as follows.

• 2 x 1 bedroom (2 person)
• 10 x 2 bedroom (3 person)
• 3 x 3 bedroom (5 person)
