Our development on Coburg Street started on site in June 2010 and comprises 60 1, 2 and 3 bedroom general needs and wheelchair accessible properties. The development will benefit from underground parking, lift access to all floors and waterside setting overlooking the Water of Leith.

This is a Design and Build project in partnership with a local developer scheduled for completion in the summer of 2011.

Of the 60 homes being constructed 16 one and two bedroom properties have been made available for Shared Ownership Purchase. These were successfully marketed at the end of 2010 and are currently all reserved. Details on these properties can be found at our website The Quayside.
