Property Management
With over 4,000 repairs carried out each year, the Property Management Team is dedicated to maintaining and improving the Association’s housing stock to reflect national housing standards and customer needs.
Besides providing a service to cater for tenant’s day-to-day repairs the Property Management Team is also responsible for carrying out the following programmes:
- Annual Servicing of Appliances and Equipment, which includes, cleaning and servicing of gas appliances,door entry system, lift servicing and garden maintenance.
- Five Yearly Cycle for the servicing of mechanical ventilation systems, external paintwork and decoration of common areas. At present external paintwork is planned for 350 flats, 20 communal stairs will be redecorated and 100 properties will have electrical checks.
- Major Repairs 10, 15 and 20 year cycles for eg. kitchen, central heating replacement, external masonary repairs, roof replacements etc.
- Additional projects such as adaptations for the disabled.
- Relet Repairs to ensure properties are restored to a good condition before they are let to new tenants.
