Repairs you pay for
All damage not due to fair wear and tear
- Replacement of keys or locks as a consequence of losing keys
- All internal decoration
- All light fittings, replacement light bulbs, strip lighting tubes and starters
- All fixtures and fittings installed by you unless the association have previously agreed in writing to maintain the same
- Maintain a good household standard to prevent vermin and pest infestation
