Customer Contact Survey

The group of tenants who make up Port of Leith Housing Association’s ‘Customer Connect Group’ are carrying out a survey with fellow residents this summer. The group would like to hear your thoughts about contacting and communicating with Port of Leith Housing Association.

Responses to the survey will be used to inform the review of the Association’s Customer Contact Policy and the Customer Charter this year.

The Customer Connect Group are inviting you to complete the questionnaire by 22 August 2021. If you have already completed a printed version of this survey, there is no need to fill out the online questionnaire. To complete the survey please click the button below.
