1. How to make an appointment

If you would like to make an appointment with a Housing or Maintenance Officer, please contact our Customer Advice Team;

  • By phone – 0131 554 0403
  • By sending us a letter or email
  • Or In person at the office

Appointments and inspections are usually carried out between 10-12pm and 2-4pm.

2. Speak to an officer

If our Housing and Property teams are out of the office, your query will be handled by a call back system. You should expect a call back from the Housing team by the end of the next working day and within two working days for a call back from the Property department.
