Leith Gala Day 2019

11 June 2019

It rained cats (and lots of) dogs at Leith Gala Day on Saturday, but we had lots of fun meeting locals all day at Leith Links.

Our stall dazzled with string lights and bunting, but the stars of the show were the Gala Day-ers who took part in our Community Works ‘dream job’ dress-up station. We asked those who dropped by to tell us what their dream job would be and invited them to create their uniform from our dress-up rail. The result was a wall of polaroid snaps full of chefs, police officers, doctors, rock stars and more!

We also introduced our upcoming developments and had a ‘doodle station’ for locals to tell us how we could help out in the community. We loved your ideas!

The day was made even better when Chris, a member of the Customer Connect Group, joined us in the rain for good conversation and Gala Day fun.
